22. What will happen if a postpaid subscriber fails to ensure the minimum airtime usage condition in any month?

If anyone fails to ensure the minimum airtime usage of BDT 500 in any month, the system will revert the subscriber into default (i.e. existing) plan in second month automatically and also a notification will be sent to the subscriber. After that there will be a restriction on that month for these particular subscribers to enjoy the new offer. They can enjoy the offer again on 3rd month but this time system will give the benefit of new tariff only if they ensure airtime usage of BDT 500 in second month. This is how the cycle will go on. If subscribers opt-out and opt-in again in any time the cycle will remain same.
For Example: Case 1: Subscriber 'X' opt-in date October 07, 2010. End of October his airtime usage is BDT 560. Also the subscriber did not opt-out from the offer. In this scenario the below calendar showing the period of availing the new offer for the said subscriber on two months view point:
Grameenphone Village Phone
Explanation: Here subscriber enjoyed the new offer from October 07 and as he filled up min. usage condition in the month of October and did not opt-out by himself, he continued enjoying up to November 2010 as well.
Case 2: Subscriber 'Y' opt-in date October 29, 2010. End of October his airtime usage is BDT 499. But in November 2010 his airtime usage reaches to BDT 510. Subscriber did not opt-out from the offer all through the time. In this scenario the below calendar showing the availing period of the new offer on 3 months view point:
Grameenphone Village Phone
Explanation: In the above scenario subscriber enjoyed the offer from his first opt-in date i.e. October 29, but due to failure of ensuring min. usage condition on that month he has been reverted by the system on November 07, 2010. So from November 08 December 07, 2010 he is enjoying regular tariff even if he opt-out and opt-in during this period. Again as he filled up the min. usage condition in the month of November, 2010 system put him in the promotional offer from November 08, 2010 onwards if he has not opted out already.
