Grameenphone has following local bill payment options:
ATM Card:
At present Bill payment through 'ATM' card can be made at ATM booth of Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank Ltd as well as Brac Bank Ltd Bank. To avail this service customers must have bank account, ATM card & prior registration with bank (if applicable by bank).
Internet:
Customers can make payment through Internet only when customers will have bank account & prior registration with bank to avail this service. Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd, Brac Bank Ltd, Eastern Bank Ltd, Commercial bank of Ceylon have arrangement in their website for paying GP postpaid bill. This service requires prior registration with bank.
Auto bill pay:
Grameenphone makes mobile bill payments absolutely friendly for the customers. To avail auto bill pay service, a customer needs to sign in a form and we take care of collecting mobile bills and updating the billing information accordingly. Thus, customers will be hassle free from getting barred. Currently Standard chartered credit card, AMEX card, United Commercial Bank credit card & Lanka Bangla credit card can be used to provide the instruction. For availing the service Standard chartered credit card & Lanka Bangla credit card customer must visit any branch of the bank. For other cards our GPC will cater the request. To avail the service customer must fill the authorization form & for verification purpose submission of card photocopy is mandatory. International Roaming & local both bills can be paid through this process.
Features of Auto Bill Pay:
- Bills will be collected from customers credit card(s) through the auto bill pay system.
- Customers (card holder) need to sign the auto bill pay authorization.
- Bills will be collected as & when required and as per credit policy of Grameenphone.
- Customers will have more flexibility to make payments (up to 45 days credit limit for credit cards).
Auto Bill Pay Registration Process:
- To avail the auto bill pay facility, a customer has to sign up by signing and submitting the auto bill pay authorization form to us. Customers can get the form from GPC or download it from below link.
- For verification purpose collection of card (photocopy) is mandatory.
- After successful registration, customers’s bills will be collected automatically from his/her credit card. it will take maximum 48 hours to activate the facility.
- A customer has to apply in writing to deactivate the facility at the nearest customer care center.

- Customer must submit signed hard copy (only signed by card holder/account holder) of document in GPC ASAP.
- Customer must send filled form (scan copy) with both side card copy (cardholder must sign in card back stripe & on card copy).
- To update via email for emergency customer must send filled GP copy, Bank copy, terms & condition page & card both side copy (cardholder must sign in card back stripe & on card copy).
DD/Pay Order/Cheque
Customers can also make payment through Demand Draft/Pay order/Check in favor of Grameenphone Limited in One bank Ltd, Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd & Southeast Bank Ltd.
Account to Account transfer: (for BS customers only)
Account transfer is a process through which postpaid business customers can pay the monthly bill without going to bank. Customers who have accounts with Standard Chartered Bank and HSBC S2B (straight to bank) can make account transfer arrangement for settle their post paid bills. This arrangement also depends on banks infrastructure. Customer needs to know Grameenphone's account number with bank also need to inform key account manager via sending email to bcr@grameenphone.com.
Process:
- Customer can transfer total amount to GP’s account only when customer will have account at that bank.
- Customer will also attach list of mobile no with amount at I banking portal, at the same time also provide official e-mail to bcr@grameenphone.com (option available in SCB & HSBC website) with list of customer & payment breakdown.
Nominated bank for over the counter cash payment for local bill:
Grameenphone has wide bill collection network countrywide in cooperation with different banks and financial institutions. Grameenphone postpaid customers can pay bill, advance bill and enhance security deposit by using Grameenphone payment slips to those banks during banking hours.

Postpaid customers can make payment through electronic recharge via Grameenphone Flexiload points countrywide.
Scratch Card:
Postpaid customers can make payment through Scratch Card countrywide.
