Baadhon subscribers will be eligible to migrate to other GP prepaid products and other products can also migrate to Baadhon.

To migrate subscriber needs to write valid key word and send SMS to 4444 or just dial *111*44#. Following is the list of valid keyword for migration and Migration process:

The frequency of migration will be twice in a month, i.e. will have 15 days validity. If any subscriber migrates from one price plan to another he will not be allowed to make another migration again within next 15 days.

Migration will be free of charge until further notification.
 

Subscriber account balance and validity will remain as is (.i.e. will be carry forward) after migration.

System churn or reconnection (Number which are disconnected when their service period (i.e. 180 days after account validity period) is over) subscriber will be activated under the default tariff plan i.e. Baadhon. But in case of SIM change subscriber will be activated under his current price plan.

The customized GP Branded handset box contains the Handset, 1 Battery, 1 MiniUSB Charger, 1 Ear-phone, 1 User Manual, 1 Warranty Card and 1 extra VOID Sticker.

The Handset supports Basic GSM features such as call waiting, call forwarding, call barring, and call holding.

The following warranty periods will be applicable for: Handset (excluding battery): ---a period of 18 months from the date-of-purchase. Extended Warranty: The subscriber will get additional warranty of 6 months provided the subscriber uses any GP SIM with the handset for the first 18 months uninterruptedly. Battery and Charger: --a period of 9 months from the date-of-purchase. Other accessories: --a period of 6 months from the date-of-purchase.

Normal wears & tears of the equipment; Defects and damages due to the equipment being used other than its normal and customary manner; An unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications being carried out; Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused; Defects or damage arising from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modification; Defects or damage due to spillage of food or liquids, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage; Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.

Yes, the handset supports Bangla Input.

The handset saves contacts (250) and text messages (40) on SIM Card. In the handset itself, 300 contacts and 100 messages can also be saved.
