Feb 09 2017

WowBox, the country’s number one lifestyle app, has launched ‘Wow Writers’, a special competition for those craving to showcase their ability to write.

Three best writers, chosen from the submissions by an esteemed panel of judges, will have their write-ups showcased to an audience of the app’s 6.5 million users.

The best writers will be selected by a judging panel comprising of Anisul Haque, renowned screenwriter, novelist, dramatist and journalist, and Elita Karim, prominent journalist and media personality. Nominated from the marks given by the judges and votes cast by users, the winners will receive an exclusive brand new laptop each.

Interested participants are invited to send their write-ups (in Bangla or English) by February 12, 2017. The pieces can be either fiction or non-fiction, and must be between 200 and 500 words long. Participants may submit their pieces either directly by typing on the WowBox app, or may attach doc files to the app to submit.
