1. How the purchase offer can be availed if the SIM is inside the device and I do not want to open it from there?

From the UI, there is USSD dial option. If the device is connected with the PC then dialing the offer purchase code via that USSD dial option will lead to offer purchase.

2. How can I access the UI?

After connecting the device to a PC, user have to go to this URL UI portal password will be there on the body of the device. Usually the common password is “admin”.

3. How can I get the Free offer?

Free offer is only for once after successful tagging the device with an active GP SIM. Device need to be restarted or plug in/ plug out after inserting the SIM.

4. How the different volume of freebies will be added to my account and how to check?

Free 3GB internet along with free 1GB Cinematic and 1GB Zee5 will be shown together as 5GB. And bioscope 1GB internet will be shown separately. To check, USSD dial code *121*1*2#. Also, can be checked easily, if logged in to MyGP app by using OTP or linked as a secondary number in MyGP.

5. How can I check GP Points?

On purchase of the offer, Only GP Prepaid SIM will get the GP Points. The GP Number must have to be enrolled for GP Points from MyGP app before the offer purchase. Points can be checked and redeemed from MyGP by logging in to MyGP app by using the number with OTP or linked as a secondary number in MyGP.
