1. Grameenphone New SIM Plan For Prime
- From 8th June onwards Prime new SIM activated will enjoy 0.75 Taka /min (excluding VAT, SD & SC) , 1 sec pulse
Plan 53 is only applicable for first recharge after SIM activation
Apart from 53 , if customer recharge any other amount then plan 53 will not be applicable
2. Grameenphone New SIM OTT Platform
- Applicable for new customer
- After SIM activation customer will receive a sms with a link, customer needs to access that link to get this offer
- It may take 30 Minutes to receive the SMS and activate the offer
- Customer will enjoy this offer for 30 days of SIM activation
- After 30 days customer needs to pay subscription fee for these apps/OTTs
- Internet charge will be applicable for browsing these apps; if customer has any Internet / combo pack for browsing theseapps, volume will used from that pack; in case customer does not have any pack then
3.01711 Series offer
- This is only valid for Grameenphone Prime customers
- Upon Activating the SIM Customer will receive 1800 Min, 60GB for 30 days
- After minute consumption, customer will be charge as per regular call rate 1.99 TK/ Min, 10 Sec Pulse
- Rate cutter (RC) is not applicable for this pack
- Customer cannot purchase below 499 taka Pack under this offer
- This will be no by default credit limit
- Above terms and condition will not be applicable for existing 01711 base
- 20% Supplementary Duty (SD) + 15 % VAT inclusive of SD will be applicable for all charges + 1% surcharge on base tariff
4. Special Internet Offer for New GP SIM
- From 13th June, New GA Customers can avail 1.5 GB Internet (including bonus) for 29 TK (including VAT, SD and SC) Tk from MyGP app (validity 7 days) ; offer can be taken only once in one calendar month for 9 times.
- Eligible Existing customer who have been enjoying 27TK new GA internet offer , From 13th June onward, they can purchase the pack from MyGP where for 29 TK and get 1.5 GB for 7 days
- Customers can check his/her monthly remaining opt-in quota by dialing *121*1111#
- Prime customer’s call rate is 1.20 Taka/min, 1 sec pulse
- Internet pay go charge 1TK/MB (Excluding VAT, SD and SC); After expiration Volume of any every internet/combo pack PayGo charge will be up to 5 Tk (excluding VAT, SD & SC) for 5MB
- While enjoying the special lower tariff, other lower tariff offers will not be applicable. Lower tariff is not applicable on bonus amount, bonus minutes or Emergency Balance and these will consume first
- All local P2P Bangla/ Unicode SMS tariff 0.25 taka (without VAT, SC and SD) and character count will be as per global measurement
- Customer must visit Grameenphone Center, if the customer activates any voice bundle worth 4400Tk, 9000 tk, 18000 TK they will get a free (FOC) SIM from Grameenphone center. The customer will be given the option to choose his/her desire number for the free SIM. Which will consists of Regular Number, category numbers (E,F,G,H) or 01711 numbers. After selecting the FOC number based on the purchase of bundle pack, the customer will recharge accordingly & activated that desire packs on the FOC SIM (on spot activation) or any other number customer is carrying, no post activation process is allowed here.
- Prime voice bundles (4400, 9000, 18000) will be available for all consumer postpaid customers
- After minute consummation of Prime voice bundles (4400, 9000, 18000), customer will be charged at as per rate plan tariff. If customer have another postpaid bundle activated, then charging will be as per bundle tariff.
- Upon given 400 taka Security deposit , new Prime customer’s tariff will be 60 poisha/min for first 90 days of activation ; this offer will be applicable for new customer for once in a lifetime
- This is to inform all Grameenphone Postpaid (Xplore & Prime) customers that from 13th June 2024 onwards, security deposit can be made from advance payment once every 3 months, with a maximum limit of Tk 10,000.
