Email Roaming Activation Process

To Activate the international roaming service, send mail to gproaming@grameenphone.com and by following below process:

Process for Consumer Postpaid Customer

Customer need to mail Grameenphone at gproaming@grameenphone.com with the below required information:

  • Properly filled up International Roaming Subscription Form
  • Photocopy of your international credit card (both side) and duly signed on the photocopy (hiding the CVC no by customer)
  • Or for foreign currency account holder, FC A/C authentication in Bank letterhead
  • Need to mentioned roaming package name (in IR form)
  • NID Copy
  • Activation will be done within 6 Hours (Request need to be placed: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM within working days)

Process for Consumer Prepaid Customer

Customer need to mail at gproaming@grameenphone.com with the below required information:

  • Properly filled up International Roaming Subscription Form
  • Photocopy of your international credit card (both side) and duly signed on the photocopy (hiding the CVC no by customer)
  • Need to mentioned roaming package name (in IR Form)
  • NID Copy
  • Inform customer, not to migrate from pre-post till roaming is activated
  • Activation will be done within 6 hours (Request need to be placed: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM within working days)

You may download Subscription Form/s for availing International Roaming Service. Please follow the instructions below:

IR Activation and Auto debit:

  • Download and print the “IR Subscription Form (Post Paid) & Auto Bill Pay Form” (both page).
  • Fill it up properly with signature (digital signature is not acceptable)
  • Roaming user & owner of card holder will sign in first page and only owner of card holder will sign in second page
  • Scan copy of front and back side of International Credit Card hiding the CVC number (The cardholder's signature must be on the back of the card)
  • Scan copy of Card Holder’s NID
  • Security Deposit BDT 3000 (Equivalent USD) will be charged for auto debit enrolled customer and Security Deposit BDT 10,000 (Equivalent USD) will be charged for non auto debit customer.

Note: For customer convenience dummy filled up “IR Subscription Form Postpaid” attached.

IR Activation for Prepaid:

  • Download and print the “IR Subscription Form Prepaid” (both page).
  • Fill it up properly with signature on both page (digital signature is not acceptable)
  • Scan copy of front and back side of International Credit Card hiding the CVC number (The cardholder's signature must be on the back of the card)
  • Scan copy of Card Holder’s NID

Note: For customer convenience dummy filled up “IR Subscription Form Prepaid” attached.

IR bill Payment:

  • Download and print the “Credit Card Letter of Authorization” form.
  • Fill it up properly with signature (digital signature is not acceptable)
  • Scan copy of front and back side of International Credit Card (The cardholder's signature must be on the back of the card)
  • Scan copy of Card Holder’s NID

Instructions For Auto Debit Form

  • Customer must send filled form (scan copy) with both side card copy (cardholder must sign in card back stripe & on card copy).
  • To update via email for emergency customer must send filled GP copy, Bank copy, terms & condition page & card both side copy (cardholder must sign in card back stripe & on card copy).
  • Need to be checked his/her card status from bank
  • Need to be checked whether his/her card’s USSD part is open or not
  • Properly filled up Auto bill pay form
  • Photocopy of customer’s international credit card (both side) and duly signed on the photocopy (hiding the CVC no. by customer)

Need to visit GP Experience Center, GPC or mail us at gproaming@grameenphone.com with the required info & documents.
