SMS Packs

We have introduced some customer friendly SMS packs based on their need & usage pattern which varies from 3Days validity to Monthly validity. These packs are available in USSD, MyGP app, Bkash, Nagad etc. Besides these packs, customers can also create SMS packs from Flexiplan channel as per their own desire.                            

Terms and Conditions:                        

1. All prepaid & postpaid subscribers (except ERS) are eligible for this SMS bundle offer.                          

2. Customers can purchase the SMS pack offer through Self, MyGP & Trigger channel.                     

3. Bundle SMS will be applicable for local SMS only, not for SMS to any short codes.                       

4. Unused SMS cannot be used anymore, once the bundle validity expires.                          

5. The bundle can be purchased multiple times.                

6. In case of multiple purchases within validity, longest validity will apply and unused SMS will be added up.                       

7. After consumption of bundle SMS, or the expiration of validity, regular SMS charge will be applicable.                      

8. Bundle SMS balance can be checked through MyGP or customers have dial *121*1*2#                     

9. If main account validity (recharge validity) got expired, then this pack will be temporarily unusable.               

10. SMS bundle price is inclusive of VAT, SD and SC.
