• By purchasing this pack, customer is confirming that they have a valid passport, visa & ticket (if applicable), and that their total roaming payments in Taka will not exceed BDT 6,000 per trip and BDT 30,000 per calendar year over all their mobile numbers across all operators in line with Bangladesh Bank regulations. 
• Applies to both prepaid and postpaid customers. 
• Customer will be able to purchase as many times as s/he wants. Upon purchasing a new roaming internet/combo pack, previous roaming pack s internet balance will reset.
• Roaming service availability is subject to partnership, network, and service coverage availability with roaming partners in each country. 
• Always check service and coverage availability (especially for prepaid roaming) of the visiting country before purchasing any roaming pack. 
• Standard roaming service activation may require time up to 24 hours. 
• Customer will be charged upfront for a successful purchase.
• Pack validity will be counted from the time of pack purchase. 
• Voice Pulse will be 60 Second and voice minutes can be used for local call in visiting country, call back to Bangladesh, call to third country and incoming call (Excluding Satellite and Premium Numbers Outgoing Call + Aero Mobile & Maritime Incoming Call). 
• Above Packs will not be auto renewed. 
• Pay as You Go Voice, SMS & Internet usage using BDT Balance is not applicable for Prepaid Users. Prepaid users must purchase BDT Roaming Packs to avail this Facilities.
• Both Prepaid and Postpaid users will be able to enjoy existing regular roaming packs using regular USD payment process. 
• After consumption of above-mentioned pack benefits, visiting country specific Pay as You Go Charge in BDT / USD will be applicable for postpaid customers and only in USD for Prepaid customers.
• Due to Offline Postpaid Charging system, postpaid customers roaming bills can exceed the total limit. 
• Customers require a minimum of 3 minutes in their bundle balance or an equivalent USD amount / limit in their roaming balance to enable outgoing and incoming calls.
