- As per BTRC regulations, a customer can purchase up to 10 new SIMs (including SIM and eSIM, combined across all operators) with a single NID.
- Minimum 3 hours gap needs to be maintained between each SIM registration.
- National ID card copy is a mandatory requirement during eSIM delivery
- Internet connectivity is mandatory for scanning the QR code.
- Delivery agent will only complete the biometric verification.
- Currently our SIM delivery service coverage is AVAILABLE for DHAKA METROPOLITAN areas (selective) only.
