Grameenphone encourages its employees to contribute to the society that we are in. Our employees have been directly involved with the social contributions whenever and wherever required.. Over 100 Grameenphone employees voluntarily assisted directly in the relief distribution efforts in the disaster affected areas in Bangladesh and also provided personal financial support. During any natural calamity GP regional teams have been on the ground in shortest possible time to make sure that connectivity is restored so that timely information is available to those who need attention to the most. More than 600 employees have participated in the educating children across the country on safe digital participation and online engagements. They have now become ambassadors to the program.
