The latest edition of Marvel’s super-hero movie ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ has been released to Bangladeshi audiences. GP is Star Cineplex’s communication partner for this highly anticipated movie.

“We always seek to surprise our loyal customers with an extra treat, and we’re proud to be part of the global premiere of this much anticipated movie. We look forward to welcoming our subscribers to Star Cineplex to share another great Avengers adventure with us,” said Ahmed Saquib, General Manager, Marketing at Grameenphone.

‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ is the much anticipated sequel of Marvel’s 2012 blockbuster “The Avengers” and the eleventh installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). “Avengers: Age of Ultron” premiered in Los Angeles on April 13, 2015.

An interesting, little known fact is that that parts of the movie were shot in Bangladesh, among other better established locations such as South Africa, South Korea, Italy, and the UK. The movie was filmed last year at Chittagong’s Bhatiari Shipyard but was kept under wraps due to a non-disclosure agreement.

Marvel's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk, and Chris Evans as Captain America. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Don Cheadle as James Rhodes/War Machine, Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, Stellan Skarsgård as Erik Selvig, and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader’s Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction.

Written and directed by Joss Whedon and produced by Kevin Feige, Marvel's "Avengers: Age of Ultron" is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series "The Avengers”.

“The Avengers” was one of the highest grossing movie of all time. It has earned more than USD 1.5 billion since its release in 2012. The 2 hour 21 minute long “Avengers: Age of Ultron” is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
