- 2. Am I eligible for offers here? If you have an active Pre-paid Grameenphone number, you can discover an amazing internet pack here. Post-paid, Skitto & inactive connections are not eligible for these deals
- 3. How can I get the 1GB@9tk for 7 days offer?If you have not used Grameenphone data since 25th Sept’17, dial *5020*11001# with your active Pre-Paid number to get the offer only once.
- 4. What are the steps for getting an offer here? Step 1: Enter your Pre-paid number to find a special internet pack for you. Step 2: If you like the pack that you see & have the active SIM with you, you can activate the pack using required balance right away! We will send a PIN to your number to confirm purchase. OR If you do not have the SIM with you, you can choose to send yourself an SMS with USSD code that you will check later.
- 5. Why my internet pack activation has failed?Check if you have enough balance to purchase the internet pack. Dial *566# to check balance with the number where you want to get offer.
- 6. How will I know whether I have successfully activated a pack or not?
- If you have activated a pack in this page, it will show you successful activation with everything you want to know in the page.
- If you have activated by dialing the USSD code successfully, you will receive an SMS & a USSD notification. If you have failed to activate, you will receive a failed USSD flash message.
- You can check your internet balance to confirm you have successfully activated a pack by dialing *121*1*4#.
- 7. What do I do if I do not have enough balance?Step 1: You can recharge the required amount here (www.grameenphone.com/shop/online-recharge) or from any Grameenphone retailer. Step 2: Save this page to come back here to claim your offer.
- 8. Where can I get the USSD code to activate the offer I saw here?You can see the USSD code on screen with the pack details after checking eligibility. You can save the code to try later. OR You can choose to send yourself an SMS with USSD after checking eligibility code that you will try later.
- 9. I do not have the SIM with me now & I forgot the USSD code. Can I still get the offer shown to me?Why not! Simply turn your phone on within 3 hours of sending SMS & the reminder SMS will wait for you. Even if you have missed SMS, turn your SIM on & come to this page, we will wait with your offer here.
- 10. I have an inactive SIM, can I have an offer?If you have more than a year old inactive Grameenphone Prepaid SIM, please contact Grameenphone to know how you can make it active. After ensuring the SIM is active, come back to this page to check if you have an offer!
