For Shield+, accidental damage coverage is limited to 12 months from the date of registration. During this first year, the customer may make:

1. One claim for front screen replacement
2. One claim for back glass replacement

After the initial 12 months, the plan shifts into the Extended Warranty phase (months 13–24), which covers manufacturer defects only—accidental damage is not included.
