ü  Install & log in to the MyGP app.

ü  If eligible, the offer as mentioned above will be visible on the ‘My Offer’ section.

ü  Customers must opt in for the offers (No auto-disbursement).

ü  This offer will be available for six (6) months from the tagging date.

ü  Dial *121*1*2# to know the internet balance.

Ø  Offer condition:

·       Internet offer applies only to specific handset models.

·       All new and existing prepaid and postpaid products are eligible for the campaign.

·       Internet and minute pack terms and conditions are subject to Grameenphone’s existing policy.

·       If the same user attempts multiple tagging’s, only the first tagging will be considered for campaign benefits as per the campaign modality.

·       Only handsets with a verified IMEI and eligible status will qualify for the bundle offer.

·       The offer applies only to handsets verified by the handset vendor or an authorized distributor.

·       Any disputes regarding handset authenticity will be handled by the handset vendor or authorized distributor.

·       Customers must contact the respective handset brand’s service center for any phone service.
 

Ø  To access 4G services, you will need:

• A 4G-enabled SIM card
• A 4G handset
• Be within a 4G coverage area

Ø  For inactive or new SIM activation:

o   Activate the SIM first.

o   Insert the activated number into the newly purchased handset for valid tagging.

o   Customers will get a confirmation SMS once the tagging is valid.

o   Once the internet pack’s data or validity expires, the maximum PayGo charge is BDT 6.6625, inclusive of VAT, SD, and SCC.
