This will simplify the customer journey by allowing users to select their Board from a dropdown and enter only their Roll Number, after which the SMS request will be triggered automatically.
Common questions:
Q. When will results be available?
As soon as the Education Board officially publishes them. Not before.
Q. Do I need to pre-register?
No. There is no pre-registration this year.
Q. How many times can I check?
As many times as you like.
Q. Will I be charged for the wrong roll number?
Yes. Every request is charged, even if the roll is wrong.
Q. Is the result correct/reliable?
Yes. Results come from the Bangladesh Education Board.
Q. What about the old short code 16222?
Won’t work as per Board. Customers can SMS the same format as 16140 and will get a reply for BDT 1.39 (including all charge).
Q. Customer typed the wrong keyword — what do I say?
Ask them to resend as: HSC <first 3 letters of board> <roll> 2026 to 16140.
Education Board may change or postpone dates at any time.
