This is to inform all Grameenphone customers (both 017 & 013 Series) that due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption while availing the following GP service on 10th , 16th, 19th, 20th of August, 2020.

Date & Time Unavailable Services
10 August (2:00am-6:30am) · Query services through USSD, SMS other channel · OTP based provisioning services (Flexiplan and other request) · Confirmation SMS for provisioning services
16 August (2:00am-5:30am) · SIM provisioning (Activation, Reconnection, Replacement) service will be Unavailable · Data pack, social pack, MCA, FnF, Call block, voice pack provisioning through all channels (MyGP, SMS, Wowbox, Easynet, Flexiplan, GpWebsite, UMB, GPAY, CIM, IVR) will be Unavailable during the activity. · Prepaid to Postpaid Migration
