This is to inform all Grameenphone customers *013* number series that due to technical upgrades you may face temporary service interruption while availing the following GP services on 28th of September 2020, from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

  • Internet and VOLTE services will be disconnected for up to 30 minutes. If you still face problems regarding the service after the allocated time, then please switch off the handset and restart again.
  • Provisioning all types of social roaming services, enterprises and biometric packs will be at halt.
  • Roaming subscriber for *013* number series will be unable to browse data.

 We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to restore the above mentioned services within the shortest possible time to ensure our customers get the best telecommunication services from Grameenphone.
