Due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption

This is to inform all the Grameenphone customers that due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption for maximum 4 to 6 times, about 1-2 minutes while availing the following GP services on 2nd December 2020, from 1:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
Unavailable services:

  • SIM activation/replacement
  • All kinds of service provisioning (voice and data pack, Campaign pack, Flexiplan, MCA (missed call alert), FnF, Offer subscription, roaming pack, impacted through all available channel (MyGP, USSD, SMS, GPWebsite, EasyNet, Flexi, Facebook, Bioscope, Tonic, GPAY channel)
  • All kinds of service query (Usage details, flexi balance, CMP Campaign Detail, FnF, MCA, biometric status, flexiprice, 4G status etc) might be impacted through all available channel (MyGP, USSD, SMS)
  • Online Recharge and Payment
  • Services including Offers, Powerload, STAR STATUS, Star services, VoLTE call drop reimbursement, Campaign Launching/stopping
  • POSTPAID payment along with Bar/Unbar
