Due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption

This is to inform all Grameenphone customers that due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption while availing the following GP services on 27 January 2021, from 2:00 AM to 2.30 AM and 5:00 AM to 5:30 AM.

  • All types of SMS service might be interrupted intermittently. Customer cannot send any SMS to the system neither will receive any reply for Transactional SMS, OTP, Provisioning SMS etc.
  • Push-Pull Subscription based service provisioning through all channels (USSD, WAP, other SMS Channel etc.), Voice SMS, Voice Chat, Missed Call alert service, Flexiload and Mobile financial service might be interrupted during the activity
  • Digital service (MYGP, Easynet, Flexiplan, GP Website, GP online shop, Bioscope, Livetech, Zee5,Tonic, Game Billing) might be interrupted during the activity 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to restore the above-mentioned services within the shortest possible time to ensure our customers the best telecommunication service with Grameenphone.
