This is to inform all Grameenphone customers (both 017 and 013 series) that due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption while availing the following GP services on 28 February 2021 from 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM.

  • Push-Pull service & New subscription through USSD, WAP & IVR channel.
  • Subscription based push alert services & IVR based subscription.
  • OTP based provisioning services (MyGP log in and other request).
  • Push pull and subscription-based SMS notification.
  • Subscription renewal.
