This is to inform all Grameenphone customers (017 & 013 Series) that due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption while availing the following GP services from 11 April 2021 11:00 PM to 12 April 2021 09:00 AM.

  • SIM provisioning (Activation, Reconnection, Replacement, Bar/Unbar) service will be unavailable
  • Missed Call Alert, Call block, International Roaming activation will be unavailable during the activity. 
  • Prepaid to Postpaid migration will be halted
  • Postpaid payment will be possible, but payment will be locked.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to restore the above-mentioned services within the shortest possible time to ensure our customers the best telecommunication service with Grameenphone.
