This is to inform all Grameenphone customers that due to technical upgradation, customers will face temporary services interruption while availing the following GP services on 7th August 2021, from 12:00 AM to 06:00 AM.

  • All kinds of service provisioning (SIM activation/replacement, Voice and Data pack, Campaign pack, Flexiplan, Missed Call Alert, FnF, offer subscription, roaming pack) will be impacted through all available channel (MyGP, USSD, SMS, Grameenphone Website, EasyNet, Flexiplan, Facebook, Bioscope, Tonic, GPAY).
  • All kinds of service query (Usage details, My Offer, Campaign Detail, FnF, MCA, Biometric Status, 4G Status, etc.) might be impacted through all available channel (MyGP, USSD, SMS)
  • Online Recharge and Payment Service
  • Services including Offers, Powerload, STAR STATUS, STAR Services, VoLTE call drop reimbursement.
  • Skitto Voice and Data Service
  • Postpaid payment along with Bar/Unbar
