This is to inform all Grameenphone customers that due to technical upgradation, customers will face temporary services interruption while availing the following GP services on 29th November 2021, from 01:00 AM to 05:00 AM.

Date & Time Unavailable Services
29th November 2021 (1:00 AM - 5:00 AM) Service provisioning (SIM Activation/Replacement, Voice and Data Pack, Campaign Pack, Flexiplan, Star Status Check, Missed Call Alert, FnF, Offer Subscription, Roaming Pack, Balance Check) will be impacted through USSD channel.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to restore the aforementioned services within the shortest possible time to ensure our customers the best telecommunication services with Grameenphone.
