Expression of Interest (EOI) Notice for Warehouse Facility
These are online/ e-Expression of Interest (e-EOI), where only e-EOI needs to be submitted in the respective E-mail within the stipulated timeline with required documents. No offline/hard copies will be accepted for e-EOI submission
High-Level Requirement:
- 120 K SFT (800 K CFT) Space with Industrial Rack Facility in single or multiple sheds and single or multiple locations within a 30 to 40 km radius from GPHOUSE, Bashundhara, Baridhara, Dhaka, considering max 1 hour travel time
- Inventory Management (Receiving, delivery and stock mgt of goods with ERP transaction)
- Transportation (Commercial goods transportation in a covered van from warehouse to distribution house all across the country)
To submit e-EOI, you need to submit the below soft copy documents:
List of Documents to be Submitted:
- Trade License, BIN, TIN Copy
- Company Profile Document (PPT/PDF) including Organogram
- Number of Months of “Experience in Warehousing Services” (Directly Managed) from Yr-2022 onwards
a) Space with Industrial Rack Facility
b) Inventory Management
c) Transportation - Client Lists (Space, Inventory Mgt., Transportation) in Warehousing Services
- Probable Warehouse location (Google Map Link or GPS coordinates on Google Maps)
- Your Company’s Financial Turnover in 2021-2022 (12 months)
- Key Contact Person information, including Contact Number, Email Address
Sl#3, S#4, S#5, S#6 and S#7, information needs to be shared on your company letterhead paper with a signature and seal of the company’s authorized person.

- Grameenphone Ltd. reserves the right to amend this e-EOI at any time without any notice.
- Grameenphone Ltd. reserves the right to terminate this e-EOI process at any time without any notice. In such a case, Grameenphone Ltd will not bear any cost that may have been incurred by anyone for participating in the e-EOI.
- Any submission not complying with the requirements of e-EOI shall be instantly disregarded or rejected.
- Any submission after the submission timeline shall not be eligible for the e-EOI process and shall be rejected.
