This is to inform all valued customers of Grameenphone Limited that on April 16, 2026, a number of Grameenphone scratch cards were stolen during transportation.
To protect the interests of our customers and prevent potential fraud, all the aforementioned scratch cards have already been completely deactivated in our system.
Therefore, these stolen cards are no longer usable, and no recharge can be completed using them. Please be advised that these stolen cards are now invalid, inoperable, and hold no financial value, and any purchase, sale, exchange, or any form of transaction related to these cards will be considered illegal or may be deemed unlawful.
