This is to inform all Grameenphone prepaid customers that, effective from 25 August 2026, a service charge of BDT 2.78 will be applied to the Emergency Balance service. The service charge will be deducted from the next recharge. However, no service charge will apply to Minute Loan, Internet Loan and Buy Now, Pay Later services.
