  • Notice: Xplore postpaid tariff will be revised

    Dear Grameenphone valued customer, this is to inform that from 12th July 2018 onwards Xplore postpaid tariff will be revised as of below mentioned modality:

  • Notice: The tariffs of Nishchinto, Bondhu, Djuice and Smile packages will be revaluated

    This is to inform all Grameenphone subscribers that, the tariffs of Nishchinto, Bondhu, Djuice and Smile packages will be revaluated.

    • All other services/ charges/ features of the mentioned packages will remain same.
    • 5% Supplementary Duty (SD) + 15 % VAT inclusive of SD will be applicable for all charges + 1% surcharge on base tariff.
  • Notice: Unused connections for more than 15 months will be closed

    This is to inform that Grameenphone prepaid and postpaid connections, which are unused since 8 April, 2017 or before, will be permanently de-activated after 3 (Three) month of publishing this notice. Please note that-

    • According to the ‘Subscription Agreement’ executed with the subscriber, Grameenphone will retain the ownership of the connections de-activated permanently.
    • The previous subscriber will no longer be able to use/replace/recharge or claim ownership of such permanently de-activated connections.
    • Grameenphone reserves the rights to reuse/re-sell/recycle of the permanently de-activated connections.

    The list of such prepaid and postpaid connections, which will be permanently de-activated as mentioned above, is available in the website of Grameenphone, Grameenphone Customer Care Centers and in the website of BTRC.
