How will the delivery be done?

We have assigned delivery partner, agents will pick up the order from our warehouse and deliver to your doorstep (where applicable) within mentioned timeline.

What if I am not there to receive the order?

Someone on your behalf can receive the order. However, we would require verification (phone, SMS, order ID etc.) & fill up the acknowledgment form to receive the order.

Can I open box & check products at the time of delivery?

Yes, you can. But products will only be replaced in case of faulty ones inspected in presence of delivery agent (conditions applied)

Does GPShop deliver internationally?

We don't deliver items internationally. However, you can make purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, and get it delivered within Bangladesh.

Return Policy

Products will only be replaced in case of faulty ones inspected in presence of delivery agent (conditions applied). This product is not eligible for a replacement if the product is "no longer needed". "No longer needed" means that you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

When you receive your parcel if you notice that it is damaged you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our end. If you refuse your parcel, please mention it in the acknowledgment form, you will get the product in 7 to 10 Days.

I have received my goods but I do not like them

Sorry, we can’t do anything if you change your mind. Products will ONLY be replaced in case of faulty ones.

I have received my order but the wrong item was delivered to me

Are products purchased on GPShop covered by warranty?

All items (accept Devices on Sale and Accessories items) sold on GP Online Shop come with Manufacturer's warranty & are serviceable at manufacturer service center, unless specified otherwise. 

How do I get a my product replaced (in case of defective item, ordered on GPShop)

In case of defective item detected in front of agent, customer should refuse to receive the product & return it to delivery agent immediately. Product will be replaced with fresh one as soon as possible.

How long will it take for product replacement?

We would try our best to replace the product in 7 to 10 Days timeline

Product Receipt and Acceptance Confirmation Process

Upon receiving your ordered product, please sign in the acknowledgment form and give it back to the agent. Please check for any condition when the agent is present, as we won’t be responsible for any issue once you sign the acknowledgement.

How do I cancel my order?

Sorry, once the order payment is done, there’s no cancellation option. However, Grameenphone reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability.

How long will the refund process take?

In case of order cancellation by Grameenphone, the payment would be refunded within 10 to 15 working days.

What if I find the product faulty after few hours or days after receiving product?

You are requested to visit nearest manufacturer’s service center for repair or replacement.

 

Terms and Conditions for Cash on Delivery

1)      Cash on delivery option is only available within Dhaka Metropolitan City right now.

2)      It is mandatory to provide NID/ Passport number in order to avail cash on delivery.

3)      At the point of delivery, the customer must cross match the color and the model of the phone with the invoice without opening the product box.

4)      The delivery agent must be paid the full invoice amount as mentioned in the invoice before receiving the product.

5)      The product may only be returned if the model or the color mentioned over the product box does not match with the color and model mentioned in the invoice, or if the product is found faulty during delivery of the product at the presence of the delivery person.

6)      Once the box is opened, the product cannot be returned unless it is found faulty.  

7)      The location of receiving the product cannot be changed after placing the order.

8)      Grameenphone has the authority to cancel any order if deemed necessary.
