·       Dependent eligibility: The offer is applicable to the valid GPStar customer and their dependents, including parents, spouse and children. The offer is also applicable for patients where the payment transaction is completed by a valid GPStar customer.

·       Applicable channel(s): MEDIX diagnostic and healthcare service centre.

·       Redemption Frequency / Usage Limit: Unlimited; eligible GPStar customers can avail the discount multiple times.

·       Health Checkup Registration Fee: BDT 200 will be charged for patient registration for each health checkup customer if the customer is not already registered.

·       VAT: VAT is waived for medical services.

Instructions Before Health Checkup:

·       Report to the Corporate Health Desk by 9:00 AM, except Fridays and government holidays.

·       Do not take medication, alcohol, or cigarettes on the morning of the health checkup unless otherwise advised by a healthcare professional.

·       Wear loose comfortable clothing, as changing clothes may be required for the X-ray.

·       Attend the health checkup on an empty stomach after fasting for 10–12 hours.
