  • Emergency Credit Limit!

If you are a STAR Customer using Xplore, now you have less to worry. In case you fall in crisis situation with no credit left on your phone, you can avail the privilege of emergency credit service! A facility that is truly helpful for making that last emergency call from your barred connection. You can use emergency credit once a month with 3 days validity. Depending upon your tier of STAR membership your credit amount is given below:

Good to know the following while availing this service:

To avail Free emergency credit you have to opt -in by pressing *111*9*4#

Emergency limit will be adjusted from your next recharge.

Credit limit will be usable if total credit limit (assigned credit limit + emergency credit) is less than current charges/dues.

For example, if a Gold STAR customer has the credit limit of BDT 500, he can unbar his connection till his current dues are lower than total credit limit of BDT 550 (Credit Limit BDT 500 + Emergency Credit for Gold STAR BDT 50).
