How To Avail: 

1. If you are eligible for this campaign, you will see the offer card in MyGP App.
2. Upon clicking the offer card, you will be redirected to the offer purchase page. & in purchase page there will be terms and conditions option that you will be able to click and read.
3. After successfully purchasing the offer, the voucher will be assigned to you within a few minutes  (maximum within 1 hour) & you will receive a notification from MyGP.
4. The assigned voucher will be available in the MyGP App → My Coupon section.

Terms & Conditions
• Voucher Validity: Till 28 February 2026
• Each discount voucher code can be used only once.
• Customers can avail this offer only via the MyGP App.
• Customers must redeem the discount voucher within its validity period. If a customer fails to avail the discount within the validity period, the voucher validity will not be extended.
• If any specific transaction and/or a customer’s transaction activity raises reasonable suspicion of misuse of the discount, Grameenphone reserves the right to cancel the customer’s discount benefit.
• Grameenphone shall not be held responsible if the merchant fails to ensure product availability or delivery; Grameenphone’s responsibility is limited to providing the discount voucher only.
• If the merchant refunds the payment due to failure to deliver the product, Grameenphone is not obligated to reinstate or reissue the voucher, and it will be assumed that the customer has already availed the discount.
• In case of any incorrect payment made on the merchant’s website or app, the customer is requested to directly contact the respective merchant. Grameenphone will not be held responsible.
• The voucher code must be applied at the time of payment to avail the discount.
• For any queries related to the use or redemption of the discount voucher, customers are requested to contact the respective merchant.
• Grameenphone reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue the offer, including changes to the terms and conditions or merchant participation, at any time without prior notice.

• How long is the offer available?
The offer will be available for a limited time starting from 29th December 2025 on the MyGP App. Eligible customers will see the offer on the MyGP Home Page Card during the campaign period.

• What is the offer?
Selected customers with 500 or more GP Points can redeem a BDT 50 Foodie food delivery discount voucher by using 500 GP Points.

• Can one customer redeem more than one voucher?
There is no fixed redemption limit. Customers with a minimum balance of 500 GP Points can redeem the voucher. Customers with higher GP Point balances can redeem multiple vouchers during the campaign period, provided they use 500 GP Points per redemption. (For example, a customer with 1,000 GP Points can redeem two Foodie vouchers, each requiring 500 GP Points, as long as the campaign is still active).

• When and how will customers receive the voucher after redeeming 500 GP Points?
After successfully redeeming the voucher using 500 GP Points, the voucher code will be delivered to the MyGP Coupon section within one hour.

• Will any mobile balance be deducted?
No. This offer is completely point based. Only GP Points will be deducted; no mobile balance is required.

• Where can I use the voucher?
The voucher can be redeemed in the Foodie Food Delivery App while placing a food order.

• Is there a minimum order value to use the voucher?
Yes. Customers need to place a minimum order of BDT 99 in Foodie App to enjoy the discount voucher.

• What is the validity of the Foodie discount voucher?
The BDT 50 Foodie discount voucher will remain valid until 28 February 2026.
