This is to inform all the Grameenphone customers that due to technical upgradation, customer may face temporary service interruption for 15 minutes to 30 minutes in between 03:00 AM to 04:00 AM on 29 November 2020

  • MyGP, Flexiplan, GP Website, GPshop, Skitto (Mobile app), Easynet, Tonic.
  • GPAY, Bkash (USSD and Air time recharge), Nagad.
  • Skitto services.
  • SIM Activation & Replacement

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to restore the above mentioned services within the shortest possible time to ensure our customers get the best telecommunication services from Grameenphone.
