T&C for MNP

• Customer can do MNP after each 90 days for other operator & 60 Days for GP Operator.

• Gp-Gp MNP : MNP can be done Prepaid to prepaid Or Postpaid to postpaid .

• Customer can be done MNP with any kind of MFS account.

• Corporate customers avail MNP service with the help of KCP.

• Charges should be mentioned in details
   For Esim: (299 + 57.50) = 356.50 Tk
   For Physical sim (350+ 57.50) = 407.50 Tk
   Esim migration charge -299 tk
   Physical sim replacement charge = 350-Tk
   MNP charge = 57.50 TK

• Remaining Internet,Voice,SMS Balance will not carry forward after MNP.

• MNP channels : GP Experience,GPC,Service Touch Point,Sim replacement point.

• Roaming Customers can not perform MNP.

• Port Out customers are able to do Balance transfer.

• Customer’s Finger print and NID number (which was used to buy the SIM) is mandatory for MNP service

• New KIT for MNP will be activated only at between 9:00 AM to 11:00PM except Friday, Saturday and Public / Govt holiday.
•  Customer should not have any  due (postpaid), emergency balance or any other contractual obligation
