This is to inform all the Grameenphone customers that due to technical upgradation, customer may face temporary services interruption while availing the following GP services on 29th December 2020, from 1:00AM to 7:00AM.

  • All kinds of SIM provisioning service along with Bar/Unbar & VOLTE
  • Postpaid roaming activation
  • POSTPAID payment along with Bar/Unbar.
  • Telenor Health Tonic purchase for postpaid subscriber
  • Prepaid to Postpaid migration.
  • Music360 request. 
  • Call Block, MCA (Missed Call Alert), SKITTO roaming activation/deactivation
