This is to inform all Grameenphone customers (017 & 013 Series) that due to technical upgradation, customers may face temporary service interruption while availing the following GP services on 6 April 2021.

(2:00 AM-6:30 AM)
  • SIM provisioning (Activation, Reconnection, Replacement) service will be unavailable
  • Data pack, social pack, MCA, FnF, Call block, voice pack provisioning through all channels (MyGP, SMS, Easynet, Flexiplan, Grameenphone Website, GPAY, IVR) will be unavailable during the activity.
  • Prepaid to Postpaid migration
