1. How can I purchase Welcome Tunes?
Ans: You can purchase Welcome Tune in two ways:
By Sending SMS to 4000:

Go to Message Option of the handset

Type
and send to 4000 -
Song will be added to My Gallery and you’ll receive an SMS confirmation.
By Dialing 4000:

Dial 4000
-
Press 1 to listen to the songs and select your preferred song

Song will be added to My Gallery and you’ll receive an SMS confirmation.
2. Where can I get the list of Top 10 Welcome Tunes?
Ans: To listen to the top 10 songs on 4000, do the following:

Dial 4000

Press 1 for song gallery & press 1 again for Top 10 list
To get the list through SMS, do the following:

Go to Message Option of the handset

Type Top and send to 4001

3. How can I randomize all my Welcome Tunes?
Ans: To play all your Welcome Tunes randomly, dial *111*2*3*1#
*SMS Charge: TK 2 (+15% VAT)
4. How can I listen to all my Welcome Tunes?
Ans: To listen to your purchased Welcome Tunes, do the following:

Press 2 and enter My Gallery
5. How can I set Welcome Tune for a specific phone number & specific time period? & how can I record own voice as Welcome Tune?
Ans: For such settings, do the following:

Dial 4000

Press 2 and enter My Gallery

Select a specific song & follow the voice instructions
You can set different Welcome Tunes for business & non-business hours.
Business Hours: 9:00 am to 5:59 pm
Non-Business Hours: 6:00 pm to 8:59 am
6. I don’t want to play my Welcome Tune for few days. How can I deactivate the service temporarily?
Ans: To deactivate the service temporarily, do the following:

Go to Message Option of the handset

Type Off and send to 4000
-
To activate the service again, type On and send to 4000
If you temporarily deactivate the service, your purchased Welcome Tunes will not be deleted from My Gallery and you have to pay monthly fee.

7. I don’t want to use Welcome Tune service anymore. How can I cancel the service permanently?
Ans: To cancel the service permanently:
- Go to message option of the handset
- Type Cancel and send to 4000
*SMS Charge: TK 2.3 (including 15% VAT)
After service cancellation, your Welcome Tunes in My Gallery will be stored for two months. If you reactivate the service within two months, you will get back all the tunes. After two months all Welcome Tunes will be deleted from My Gallery.
