• The validity of the Minutes will be 30 Days from the time of purchase
• The purchased minutes can be used to call from GP to any local operator
• At the end of the validity period, if a customer has any remaining minutes, it will be forfeited. However, if a customer re-purchases the same pack within the validity period, the minutes and will be added, and the validity will be updated accordingly
• Unused minute volume will be carried forward if the customer purchases the same pack within the active validity period
• During pack purchase, for 'Payment through bKash or cards' any prior subscription free or emergency balance usage will be deducted from the amount recharged for pack or offer purchase. In that case minute pack or offer that you have selected may not be activated.

• "GP- Any local operator” denotes domestic network calls only (GP-other mobile operators, GP-PSTN & GP-IPTSP) excluding any short code calls. This minute is not applicable on emergency balance, call divert/call forward tariff. Regular product package tariff will be applicable while call divert/forward feature works.
• If main account validity (recharge validity) got expired, then this pack will be temporarily unusable.
