Notice regarding technical error on 18 December, 2021

Due to technical difficulties many of our customers have experienced service interruption from 18 December, 2021 while using services like balance recharge and pack purchase. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Grameenphone’s technical team has dedicatedly worked to resolve this, and we are glad to inform you that all our services are now up and running.

Customers who were unable to renew their internet, minute, and SMS pack validity due to this interruption will get back the unused amount of internet/minute/SMS volume within the next few days and also will be notified through SMS. Our sincere gratitude to all those customers who stood beside us during this hard time.
